Live music evenings at “Tsar” restaurant

"Tsar" is a unique restaurant, one of the few offering delicacies and traditions of the Russian imperial cuisine of the monarchy times. Along with the unique interior, perfect cooking and the highest level of service, from now it will please its guests with live music.
